About Merlyne
A facility management company built around accountability.
Merlyne Trading & Contracting & Services operates facilities in Qatar across three certified disciplines — facility management, project management and electro-mechanical engineering — under one commercial relationship.
The company
One scope, one standard, one number to call.
Our business is the operation and maintenance of buildings. Not parts of buildings — buildings. The mechanical plant, the electrical distribution, the life-safety systems, the lifts, the fabric, the cleaning regime, the waste, the landscaping and the environmental monitoring that all of it depends on.
We work to two maintenance models: planned preventive work on a defined schedule, and reactive intervention when something fails. Both are supported by performance indicators and service-level agreements, so quality is measured rather than asserted, and long-term asset sustainability is maintained by design.
The result is a facility that runs quietly, holds its condition, and gives its owners and operators something rarer than uptime: no surprises.

Next step
Put us through an assessment.
We start with a thorough assessment of the facility — key areas for improvement, performance monitoring and risk prevention — and build the service plan from what we find.
